Meghan Cocchiaro, CPO®
When I started Organized by Meg in 2019, I built it for the woman I used to be, the one juggling a career, a household, kids, and whatever was left of her sense of self. My mission is to help ambitious women achieve the same thing I did: an organized home with systems that support my life instead of adding to the chaos.
I have degrees in business management, economics, and accounting, and I spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder before I burned out completely. Overwhelmed by my own life, I simplified my home and my schedule, and that's what freed up the space to chase what I actually loved: organizing homes throughout the Denver metro area.
When I'm not organizing, I'm hanging out with my husband Matt, cheering on our two sons at soccer, hiking, biking, skiing, or traveling. I love true crime, puzzles, ice cream, and animals. I believe in building a life and a home that you love, by getting rid of what you don't.

Kristi Jo (KJ) Sokol
I'm a Colorado native, wife, mom of two, and dog lover who has always had a knack for organizing. My background includes working in the medical field and teaching high school biology, and I've found that science and organizing actually have a lot in common-both involve problem-solving, attention to detail, and finding a better way to make things work.
My favorite part of organizing is seeing the stress lift when a cluttered space becomes calm, functional, and manageable.
Outside of organizing, I enjoy gardening, playing competitive volleyball, traveling to watch my daughter play collegiate volleyball (Go Terps!), and cheering on my son at basketball tournaments and school sporting events. I also love traveling to the ocean and spending time with family. -
Tricia Pacinelli
As a mom of three girls and a wife, I thrive on order and systems to smoothly run a busy house. When I’m not my family’s “uber driver,” I love going to punk rock concerts, snowboarding, playing on a women’s soccer team, reading, doing puzzles, gardening, and of course, organizing my house.
I love to organize most spaces, but let me organize a garage and I’m a happy girl!

Emily Kite
As a mom of 2 young boys, I rely on simple systems to keep our busy lives running smoothly. During my husband’s military career, we moved our family coast-to-coast (and a few places in-between). I love using what I’ve learned to help families fully maximize their new homes. I especially enjoy organizing kitchens where so many family memories are made. On free days you can find me trying a new restaurant, reading with a cup of coffee, paddle boarding with friends, or singing off-key to Taylor Swift.
