Our new home setup service is a good fit for you if you are moving into a new home or renovated space, or you have moved in already but are overwhelmed with unpacking all of those remaining boxes and figuring out what should go where. Moving is beyond stressful and movers quickly move boxes in and then just leave them, which only adds to your stress.
Oftentimes we have clients that unpack and place things haphazardly just to get out of the boxes. Let’s avoid that. We not only help you purge your belongings before putting them away (if you didn’t get a chance to do that with us prior to moving), but we set up your new home to have it running smoothly from the start, unpacking your belongings in the most logical and efficient way by properly categorizing and space planning.

The way we like to work after you move in is to either unpack your entire home quickly, coming back a few weeks later to organize the details once you have a better idea of how you will be using your space, or to unpack and organize down to the details a few priority spaces right away, leaving other lower priority spaces for later
With our unpacking service, we still apply our signature REAL simple organizing process: Removal and sorting of items from your move, Editing and minimizing the contents to keep (if a purge was not done prior), Assigning a home within your new home and creating a system (with products if necessary) for all of your family’s things; and Labeling the system for easy maintenance and a polished look
We provide organizational product shopping from our own company inventory plus supplemental shopping customized to your project (costs of products not included)
We make and apply custom labels to every project (included in all projects)
Prices are all-inclusive and range from $550 per day, per organizer, up to $9,500 packages for a whole-home project. Product costs not included. I am known for my flexibility and customization in my services so don’t assume anything.
